Marketing that brings you leads
Meet Maria, the strategist behind Gaya Marketing.
I've spent the last 10+ years working across marketing, growth and demand generation, helping businesses turn marketing activity into something that actually moves the needle.
I've worked across B2B and B2C, startups, growing businesses and established organisations, building strategies across social media, email marketing, paid advertising, content, lead generation and conversion.
And after seeing the same problem again and again, I built Gaya Marketing.
Businesses don't necessarily need more marketing. They need marketing that generates more of the right opportunities.
I've been on both sides of the marketing equation.
I've worked in-house, with agencies, and directly with clients, which means I understand what it's like to have a marketing target to hit, a budget to justify and a business that needs results.
I've managed campaigns across platforms including Meta, LinkedIn and Google, built email marketing funnels, developed content strategies, generated leads and worked across the entire journey from first touch → lead → customer.
That experience has taught me something important:
Likes don't pay the bills. Leads do.
And leads alone aren't enough either.
You need the right message, the right audience, the right offer and a system that gives those leads a reason to become customers.
Results over vanity metrics
I believe marketing should be measurable. Throughout my career, I've helped businesses:
Generate more qualified leads
by building targeted demand-generation campaigns across organic and paid channels.
Increase conversion opportunities
by improving messaging, funnels, CTAs and lead nurturing.
Build predictable acquisition systems
using a combination of social media, email marketing and paid advertising.
Turn marketing activity into commercial outcomes
by connecting campaigns to the numbers that actually matter: leads, conversion rates, customers and revenue.
A few numbers I'm proud of:
10+ years

But here's what makes Gaya different.
I'm not interested in giving you a 47-page marketing strategy that looks impressive and then sits in a Google Drive folder.
I want to know:
How many leads do you need?
How many become customers?
What is each customer worth?
What's stopping more people from buying?
And what do we need your marketing to do every month to get you where you want to go?
From there, we build the strategy backwards.
That might mean improving your social media.
It might mean building an email funnel.
It might mean launching paid ads.
It might mean fixing your messaging before you spend another £1 on advertising.
The strategy follows the numbers, not the other way around.
My approach: practical, commercial and built around growth.
01 — Understand
We start with your business, your audience, your offer and your numbers. No cookie-cutter strategy.
02 — Identify the gap
We work out what's standing between your current performance and your growth target.
More leads? Better conversion? A stronger offer? A better funnel? We find the real bottleneck.
03 — Build the strategy
We create a practical marketing system across the channels that make sense for your business.
Not every channel. The right channels.
04 — Generate demand
We use content, social media, email and paid advertising to consistently put your business in front of the right people.
05 — Optimise
We track what's working, what's not and where the biggest opportunities are, then continuously improve.
Because marketing isn't a one-and-done project.
It's a growth engine.
Why Gaya?
Because you don't need another person telling you to "post consistently."
You need someone who can look at your business and say:
"Here's where you are. Here's where you want to go. Here's the gap. And here's what I'd do about it."
That's what I bring to every client relationship.
Strategic thinking and hands-on execution.
Big-picture growth strategy and the practical details required to make it happen.
Creativity and commercial thinking.
